Payment Policy

Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

 •    All first-time cleanings require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.
•    The service is only scheduled and confirmed after the deposit is received.
•    Deposits are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
•    If a deposit is paid on the same day of service, or while the team is already on the way, and the service is canceled for any reason, the deposit will be retained.
•    Cancellations without proper notice may result in the loss of the deposit due to reserved labor and travel costs.

Service Day, No-Show & Access Policy

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of service, immediately after the cleaning is completed.

  • An invoice will be sent once the service is finished and payment must be made the same day.

  • If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property (no answer, locked door, or no entry instructions), the visit will be considered a no-show.

  • In the case of a no-show, the full price of the cleaning will be charged, as the team and time were reserved exclusively for the client.

Payments, Late Fees & Accepted Methods

  • We accept payments via:

     

    • Zelle

    • Venmo

  • Payments not completed on the day of service will incur a late fee of $5 per day, starting the following day.

  • Late fees will continue to accrue until the full outstanding balance is paid.
